Account Executive II - Hourly pay, placement credit awards, activity bonus plan and potential commission of gross team leader billing when company reaches a 12 month rolling profit above the threshold for the company's profit sharing/awards program. Progression to work on searches given to fill by Senior Consultant/Team Leader/Director.
Account Executive III - Start to market candidates and pick up contingency job orders, set up appointments for manager to take retained search assignments or to place the MPC candidate off first call. Now you're switching over to maintaining all Consultant activity requirements. Hourly pay, placement credit awards and activity bonus plan with potential commission of gross team leader billing when company reaches a 12 month profit above threshold for company's profit sharing/awards program.
Executive Search Consultant - Regular commission schedule pay because you do everything-you recruit, take searches, run your own show!
Team Leader/Senior Executive Search Consultant - Manage a team of 4-5 recruiters while continuing your own client/candidate relationships.
Director/Owner (working manager) - Consultant commissions vary from 40% to 47% of fee revenue depending on level of production. Team Leader commissions up to 47% of own production plus up to 5% of the revenue generated by teammates when the company has a 12 month rolling profit above the threshold for the company's profit sharing/awards program.
