Susan B. Larsen, Adams Financial Recruiting Susan Larsen is a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Team Leader for Adams, Inc., specializing in recruiting and placing candidates in the banking, trust, and credit card industries.

She graduated in 1983 from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and had eight years of banking experience prior to joining Adams, Inc. In January of 1999, she earned her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation. She also was awarded the Researcher of the Year in 1996 and Recruiter of the Year in 1997 and her areas of expertise are in banking, trust and credit card.
