Teddi Shaw is an Executive Search Consultant that joined Adams Inc. in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning bachelor's degrees in both liberal arts and business/marketing management.

She was also accepted into the competitive UNO Counseling Department where she has completed a year towards her graduate studies. Teddi enjoys working with people, having always been affiliated with sales or marketing oriented opportunities throughout her career.
